How to Spot a Roof Leak
Seeing water spots on your ceiling, like the photo above, is a quick and easy way to tell that you have a roof leak. But pinpointing exactly what caused the leak is often harder to determine. Often if you're seeing spots like this on your ceiling, this means a substantial amount of water has leaked in. Your attic is typically full of insulation which will absorb most leaks. If the water has made it through the insulation and is staining the interior drywall, this could mean trouble.
